1957 'The Manchester United Calypso' 78 rpm record on the ORIOLE label by Edric Connor (and the Ken Jones band), comes with the original record sleeve - "Heatons" the music shop, Chorley Old Road, Bolton; fair/good. NB: Record issued in March 1957 coinciding with Manchester United attempt at achieving "The Treble" the 1st Football League club to challenge for Football League, FA Cup and European Cup success in one season (and they nearly did it); the record whilst a minor 'hit' was well received in the Greater Manchester area and is still revered by the followers/collectors of the club; unusual scarce item (1) NB: Proceeds to a charity.
