ATHLETICS NEWS Collection of approximately 207 issues of the Athletic News newspaper which was printed every Monday and included reports on every Football League match + Scottish and detailed coverage of all other sports including Rugby, Rugby League and Cricket. The issues ( not a complete run) are dated between April 1926 and June 1931. Some have some cuttings removed but a good number are fully complete and condition realistically is Fair-generally good. Fascinating reading and interesting to see how each season developed. Very difficult to obtain these days and a rare opportunity to buy over 200 different issues. Fair-generally good
ACCRINGTON 61/2 Accrington Stanley final home programme in the Football League v Bradford City 3/2/62 (printed as 61 in the programme). Although Stanley played two more home games , they did not have the funds to print a programme and they resigned from the League after the game at Crewe 3/3/62. No writing. Good

League Cup Finals: 1971, 1975 slightly marked, 1977 creased, 1981, 1982 and 2009.
