An original four page recording contract, dated March 29th 1954 and signed to final page by Bill Haley. The contract documents an agreement between Decca and BH and The Comets to record 12 sides during the contract period Also to include a letter dated December 3rd 1954 from Decca to Haley relating how they would use the option to extend the contract by a year, as well as a second Decca letter dated November 1958 mentioning an enclosure of the previous letter. Supporting documentation includes the original eBay description and correspondence with original seller, who relates how the item came from from the son of entertainment lawyer Charles Seton who represented Bill Haley during the period of the Decca Contract. Pages are loose and intact though show some yellowing/age wear.
