There are losses, observations and restorations including: some staining, cracks and chips to the marble top; some knocks and small damage to the gallery; some later pins to hold the gilt metal sections in place where they have lifted; at least two of the legs look insecure/broken and are at an angle; there is no key. Some replaced sections, most notably to the outer edge, and in some other areas (see images).The commode incorporates some older elements.Several repairs throughout the top edge of the commode.Feet possibly associated.The central painted panel is not a door.Locks are modern and vary from each other, keys present which operate locks.Flaking, craquelure and loss to the painted panels and surface.There appears to be a thin fillet of replaced timber along the top edge of the commode.Please see additional images for a visual reference to condition.Condition Report Disclaimer
