A Louis XV Style Rosewood and Tulipwood Petits Commode, late 19th/early 20th century, with a purple-veined marble top above two deep drawers with rococo style cast handles between foliate mounts, on slender tapering legs, 64cm by 42cm by 84cm. Marble top has been restored to a reasonable standard. The chest is otherwise in good condition apart from a small section of veneer missing above the top drawer. Ormolu mounts rather tarnished. 100220
