A Louis XV style kingwood commode, late 19th century, with mottled red and white marble top, of bombe form, the two drawers with sunburst veneers, the sides quarter veneered, H 85cm, W 102cm, D 49cmCondition Report: Some lifting to radial veneers at the front, but no cracking. With key, slight fading to the front, good overall.

A walnut commode or cassettone, second half of the 18th century, North Italian, probably Veneto, with a shaped top above three drawers and a carved rococo apron, raised on short cabriole supports, 136cm wide60cm deep80cm highCondition ReportKnocks, scuffs, shrinkage splits and marks throughout consistent with age and use. The top has been refinished. The drawers run well considering age, it appears that the runners have been replaced.

A French Louis XV style figured walnut and inlaid bombe fronted commode. Circa 1900, with a white veined black marble top above three long drawers on cabriole feet, height 99.5cm, width 139cm, depth 54cm.The joints are solid and firm, with no obvious evidence of worm, a single key is present with working locks, general wear commensurate with age and usage and a small chip to the back left hand corner of the marble top, drawers operates relatively freely and the handles are firm the top drawer escutcheon is loose.
An antique continental painted commode chest of two short and two long drawers, raised on cabriole legs. 126x90x60cm.Generally good but clearly used condition with obvious signs of age and use. An attempt has been made to paint a marble effect to the top. Drawers all run smoothly. Split to front skirt where it has been broken and repaired. Locks have been removed. Splits to both side panels. Filled holes to top suggests it may have had a gallery.
