A Fine 17th Century Credence Cupboard. The fold-over demi-lune top measuring 40 ins (102 cms) in diameter on iron butterfly hinges opening out on twin gate supports to the rear. The under-edge adorned with dentil moulding blocks above a ventilated trapezoid cupboard. The centre door decoratively channel-moulded with two diagonal crosses forming fielded triangles; the design repeated on the side panels and drilled with perforations. Standing on cannon barrel turned legs & gate leading down to an under-shelf above shaped and moulded base rails, 33½ ins (85 cms) in height. ]
