An antique oak gate leg table, of small size, with demi-lune flaps, turned legs and stretchers. Width 91 cm. CONDITION REPORT: Length open 98 cm, width 91 cm, height 74 cm. The top is in generally good order and of a reasonable colour. The top undulates but not to the extent of making it difficult to use. There are various old peg and nail holes which should be visible from our image. There is a recess for a frieze drawer but the drawer is missing. The legs and all lower stretchers are in good overall condition and are all of the same colour. They do not appear to be any replacements. The legs are not tipped the washers that are on the two end legs are unnecessary. The table must have been in a property with a very uneven floor. If these were removed then the table would sit correctly. The top bearers into which the gates recess may not be original. There are strange saw marks here that look too modern. There is some old woodworm to the centre bearer between the frieze supports. One leg has a loss and some old woodworm holes at the end of the kick out.
