A large Chinese mottled red and grey soapstone cylindrical scholars scroll weight. Surmounted by a large dog of fo holding a loose ball in its mouth and guarding a puzzle ball. With incised decoration to the walls of the weight depicting a mountainous landscape. 15cm. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Crack to one side, probably natural.
