A Chinese porcelain tablet or pillow and a similar wrist stand: the former of rectangular form decorated with an eagle in the branches of a pine tree and verso with a cricket on a flowering branch, the flanks bearing a spring and autumn poem by Luoyin, signed Xing Ming Rao and Zhushan and dated 1939, 17.5 cm high, the scroll shaped wrist rest decorated with crickets amongst grass and a similar poem, 9.5 cm long.
