An early 19th century mahogany Pembroke table, crossbanded and inlaid, with frieze drawer to either end and raised on moulded legs of square section terminating in brass roller castors. Height 73 cm, width 82 cm, length open 110 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The table is in very good order. It is structurally sound. The top is flat and the leaves are not warped. There are no splits and no losses to the crossbanding or stringing. The rule joints are all in good order. The moulded edge is in good condition all-round. One end drawer is fitted. The other drawer is not. The fitted drawer has both handles complete and present. The lock escutcheon is missing. The opposing drawer has one brass ring missing from the left-hand handle but the backplate is present. The moulding beneath the fitted drawer has a small loss to the left-hand corner. All legs are in good condition with no repairs and no restoration. The castors are original.
