An 18th century 10 bore saw handled flintlock target pistol by Staples, London:, 9 1/2 inch octagonal damascus barrel with fore and rear sights, double gilt banding to breech, floral engraved tang and inset gilt cartouche signed as per title with horn tipped ramrod beneath, sidelock action with waterproof pan, roller frizen and slide safety signed en suite, engraved steel trigger guard with pineapple finial, engraved steel fore end, chequered saw grip with steel feathered banding and oval butt cap, 36cm long.
A Worcester L'Amour pattern sugar bowl, printed in monochrome after an engraving by Robert Hancock, with a courting couple, her maid standing behind and a gardener with roller, the verso with Garden Statuary pattern and The Garland Makers, with three girls, two seated and one standing making garlands of flowers in a landscape with a ruined castle and flying birds, the interior with black line, 10.1cm diam, c.1758-65 Condition Report: Slight wear to decoration.

The Dogs do Bark!, designed by Johnson, Riddle & Co., 1914, colour lithographic serio-comic allegorical map of Europe, old folds, some splits to old folds, repaired on verso, explanatory notes below map by Walter Emanuel, 535 x 710 mm, bound in publisher's printed paper wrappers A famous cartographic curiosity, published at the outbreak of the first world war, depicting some of the main protagonists as dogs, including the British bulldog, a dandified French poodle, German dachshund and Austrian mongrel. Russia is depicted as a steam-roller, with the Czar at the controls, and a British sailor controls the Royal Navy with a series of dog leads. The British Bulldog has a firm grip on the German Dachshund's nose. The Russian steam roller has crushed the Austrian mongrel's tail. (1)
An early 19thC mahogany moon rolling longcase clock, the fancy swan neck pedimented hood surmounted by three urn finials, raised above a 33cm wide painted arch dial with moon roller signed Birchall Warrington, with Roman numeric and Arabic numerals, subsidiary second hand and date aperature, with painted spandrels, revealing an 8-day pendulum swung movement, above a shaped trunk door flanked by quarter columns on a plain base, 21cm high.

1963 BSA C15SS80, 250 cc. Registration number ORO 652 (non transferable). Frame number C15 33568. Engine number C SS 16744.BSA acquired the Triumph marque in 1951, and the BSA C15 250 cc four stroke was derived from the 200 cc Triumph Tiger Cub, itself coming from the 150cc Terrier. Edward Turner became head of the BSA automotive division and in 1958 BSA introduced the concept of unit construction, where the engine and gearbox were combined in one piece rather than as separate components. The BSA C15 'Star' was the first unit construction model and proved more reliable and economical than its predecessor, the pre-unit BSA C11.In 1961 the 'Super Sports' model (SS80) or C15 Sportsman joined the range, with a tuned engine, roller big-ends and lower handlebars. This example was first registered on the 1st may 1963 but nothing is known of it history until Russell Sykes acquired it in May 1988 and registered it with DVLA, he sold it to our vendor in March 1989. Little used, it was MOT'd in April 2011 with a mileage of 2,125 miles it has been unused since then and will need recommissioning before use.Sold with the V5C, 2011 MOT and tax disc.
