Post-War Taxi in green and black. Aveling-Barford Road Roller in green, a Leyland Forward Control Lorry in red, Austin Wagon with tilt in maroon and fawn, Bedford articulated lorry in yellow. Plus repainted/over painted examples – Fordson Flatbed, Duple Roadmaster, Leyland Comet, 2x Leyland Forward Control, Half Cab Bus, etc and a tin post box. A 16 bore flintlock holster pistol by T K Hutchinson, c 1820, 12½” overall, octagonal barrel 6¾ with B’ham proofs, the signed lock having safety bolt, swan neck cock, rainproof pan and roller on frizzen spring, the dark walnut fullstock having flat sided butt and brass mounts including engraved domed butt cap and floral engraved trigger guard with pineapple finial. GWO & C (minor pitting to lock, small fracture and bruising to stock, the ramrod a replacement) Plate 14
George III longcase clock with five-pillar eight day movement, rack striking and anchor escapement, silvered 12 inch break arch dial with subsidiary seconds and calendar dials, signed - Joseph Robinson, London, silvered break arch with twin half globes, calendar scale and painted moon roller with nautical background, in a flame mahogany case with full-length arched door, half-fluted pilasters with brass mounts, on a panelled plinth, moulded arched hood with glazed door flanked by twin domed columns with brass capitals, decorative pediment with three later sphere and eagle finials (one detached but present), 233cm overall height (weights, pendulum, winding key and door key present) CONDITION REPORT General overall condition good. Movement is clean and appears to be in working order although we have not had it running. Dial clean, some minor scuffing. Numbers may have been retouched. Case is in god condition, some minor nicks and scratches. Hood also good, door has been repaired near key hole and right hand finial and mount is detached but present

The little dog still in front. Condition Report: Speckles to base, some to body. Manufacturing blemish.
