(18 1/2 x 16 3/4 in), unframed (32) *** Prince George William of Hanover and Cumberland (1880-1912), or Georg Wilhelm Christian Albert Edward Alexander Friedrich Waldemar Ernst Adolf Prinz von Hannover und Cumberland, to give his German title, was the great-great-grandson of George III. He appears about six years old in this portrait, dating it to the mid 1880s, and it perhaps gives a clue to why he was affectionately known as `Plumpy`.

Fernando Alonso Formula One World Champion Renault racing suit – c/w sponsors cloth badges et al Note: Alonso drove for the Renault team from 2002 – 2006 where he became World Champion in 2005 and 2006 before joining McLaren – he also became the youngest ever driver to achieve a Formula One pole position in 2003. He moved back to Renault 2008 – 2009 and then moved to Ferrari where finished 2nd in the World Championship in 2010.
