Alan Bean signed 10 x 8 white space suit photo on the Moon inscribed Apollo 12 CMP. Alan LaVern Bean (born March 15, 1932), (Capt, USN, Ret.), is an American former naval officer and aviator, aeronautical engineer, test pilot, and NASA astronaut; he was the fourth person to walk on the Moon. He was selected to become an astronaut by NASA in 1963 as part of Astronaut Group 3. He made his first flight into space aboard Apollo 12, the second manned mission to land on the Moon, at the age of thirty-seven years in November 1969. He made his second and final flight into space on the Skylab 3 mission in 1973, the second manned mission to the Skylab space station. After retiring from the United States Navy in 1975 and NASA in 1981, he pursued his interest in painting, depicting various space-related scenes and documenting his own experiences in space as well as that of his fellow Apollo program astronauts Good condition. A beautifully tailored and finished 1940s navy grosgrain skirt suit. The fitted jacket is part-lined and with added stiffener to create a crisper shape and the three-quarter length sleeves have turned cuffs. This garment has an unusual and clever fastening feature with the two top buttons crossing right over left and the bottom two conversely. Also hooks to ensure a smooth fit. The straight pencil skirt has a side metal zip and a closed vent to the back. Approximate size 10 and good vintage condition. (2)
A pretty pink 1960's full-length chiffon gown with floral embroidery and diamante detailing to the bodice and labelled 'Mann Maid' size 12 although more like a 10. A further pale blue-grey maxi with pointed sleeve cuffs by 'Laura Phillips' (some flocking to this garment). A pink fitted jacket and a pink dress and coat suit - these three items are in poor damaged condition. (5)

A 60's 'Jean Allen' blue chiffon cocktail dress with matching stole. A 1980's 'Helene Straber' pink wool suit. The jacket feature fastens with covered velvet buttons of two different sizes. Fitted pencil skirt with black velvet belt and piping detail to waistband. All items in good vintage condition. (5)
