Ian Fleming (Scottish, 1906-1994) - 'Thistles in the Sun', Screenprint, Limited edition 90/100, signed in ink lower right, inscribed with title, 51cm x 45.5cm, framed and glazed Condition report: Discolouration in places, with dirt and large watermarks present, one to the top left corner, the other towards the bottom of the white border. Please check the extra images provided, which may show some of the condition issues mentioned. The inclusion of the artist’s full name (and dates of birth and/or death, if known) should be understood to convey that, in our opinion only, this work is probably by the artist, and probably of the period. Any qualifiers such as ‘Attributed to’, ‘Circle, Manner, School, or Follower of’ etc. convey some level of doubt on our part.
