Programme and ticket for Centenary match v Real Madrid 7/8/78, season ticket for 78-79 with "1878-1978 Centenary Year" marked on cover, 1979 Commemorative Pewter Plate with engraved Club Honours and Players Autographs thereon, plus Menu/Toast List for Centenary Dinner held at Piccadilly Hotel, Manchester on 14/8/78 which has been signed by Sir Stanley Rous, Matt, Jean and Sandy Busby plus others. RUGBY-BRITISH LIONS 1974 Large binder containing many autographs and photographs of the 1974 British Lions Touring team to South Africa, 22 games were played, 21 were won and the final game, the Fourth Test v South Africa was drawn. Signatories include coach Syd Millar, and players including W.McBride, P.Bennett, M.Davies, JPR Williams, T.David, J.J.Williams, G.Edwards, R.Milliken, J.Moloney, F.Slattery, M.Gibson, S.McKinney, K.Kennedy, G.Evans, T.Neary, A.Old, C.Ralston, M.Burton, A.Morley, F.Cotton, R.Uttley, I.McGeechan, I.McLauchlan, S.Carmichael, A.Irvine. The Pontypool front row, W.Steele, B.Windsor, R.Bergiers and A.Ripley. Multiple signatures of most of the players and likewise with the majority of the South African players who played in the Test series. A ticket for the Western Province Test Match, 8/6/74 is included and many personal letters from both Lions and Springboks to the collector of these signatures who was collecting them to raise funds for his sick grandchildren. Superb collection and well presented. Also included is a menu for the 1966 Lions 25th Anniversary Dinner at The Savoy, London with ten signatures. Good
Popular Music - a ticket signed by Tony Bennett, framed photograph signed by Cher, vinyl LP signed by Tom Jones, montage of Dudley Moore with autograph & items relating to Claire Teal including a signed poster, CD single & a studio schedule from her appearance on Parkinson Provenance: The vendor of this item has a long history in the broadcast and music business and is selling off his large collection through Ewbanks. He started his career as a music advisor at the BBC Gramophone Library which was based at Radio 1, Egton House, London. He worked with Producers and Presenters and met many Celebrities during this time. He then moved to Sky Digital to produce more music programmes and became the manager of jazz singer, and Radio 2 presenter, Clare Teal. His extensive collection was amassed from 1987 to 2006.

MacDonald Gill, 1922 Underground poster, Underground Electrical Railways Co of London Ltd, with text banner, "In the heat of the summer we will find me cool, in the cool of the winter will find me warm, come down underground you've bought you your ticket ? Your health man I'm thinking no longer twill stick it. For cheapness, celerity what else can compare. You are fed up above, feed below on our fare", a later version of the 1913 "Wonderground" map, The coat of arms of the Underground depicting a "rabbit rampant" and the coats of arms of the eight Boroughs 136 x 108.6cms. (af) Live Bidding: The poster had significant perimeter wear, with nicks, tears, larger chips and splits, mostly impacting the top paper layer (although some go through to the linen back) and encroaching into both the border and the image itself, with loss in several places (to an approx. depth of 3.5cm in bottom left corner). There are also some splits to the map graphic itself, mostly along fold lines, with the linen back visible underneath. The white sections have discoloured in some places, mostly to the legend around the top. The linen back has discoloured.
