OLYMPIC GAMES 1936 Ticket for the Football Final, Italy v Austria, 15/8/1936 in the Olympia Stadion, Berlin. Italy won 2-1 after extra time ending a very eventful tournament during which one Italian player who had been sent off, refused to go, and continued to play. Austria lost to Peru after a pitch invasion by Peruvian fans who injured some Austrian players. The game was ordered to be replayed and Peru did not turn up. The ticket is complete with counterfoil and unused. Very good
