Reportedly only 42 people attended which included the elite of Manchester's future music scene (Joy Division, Morrissey, Buzzcocks, Tony Wilson, Mick Hucknall). The tickets for the gig were printed on the back of a "NOISE" flyer (designed by Jon Maunder) with an example of the front and back of a complete ticket on display at https://www.joydiv.org/scrapbook.htm. This is the right hand side of the ticket that would have been torn off on entry. The stub is ink stamped with "F.T.H." and the date payment was made (3 June 1976) - it also has the gig and price paid handwritten - in this case "Sex Pistols 50p. On the reverse of this ticket is the letter "N".

Incredibly this has been signed 14 times and also includes the ticket from the Birmingham Odeon on Thursday 24th October. Signatures include Bo Diddley x 4, Little Richard x 2, the promoter Don Arden, Don Everly, Duchess & Jerome, The Rattles, Julie Grant and one of The Flintstones. Authenticated by Roger Epperson prior to entry to this sale. Provenance: Obtained in person by the vendor who spent 12 months between 1962 and 1963 as a teenager visiting venues in the West Midlands area watching performances and obtaining autographs. During this period he amassed between 2000 and 3000 autographs of which the majority will be sold via Omega Auctions in the coming months

1887 Unionist Demonstration, Dublin, genuine and forged tickets. A ticket for the Unionist Demonstration, New Leinster Hall, Dublin, Tuesday, 29 November, 1887, in a folding frame with a forged version of the ticket. 6 by 14in. (15.2 by 35.6cm) The meeting was addressed by the Marquess of Hartington, later 8th Duke of Devonshire' whose younger brother Lord Frederick Cavendish had been murdered in the Phoenix Park in 1886. The Irish Times Wednesday, November 30, 1887 reports that 'At the outset of the proceedings it became apparent that a small minority was present who had conceived the purpose of breaking up the proceedings. Forged tickets were printed and were freely offered for sale at the last moment. But the deception was clumsy. A few gained admission to the Hall and during the evening strove to create a disturbance.'

1935 Air Bleu Postal Service Timetable October. And 1931 100f ticket. Under the leadership of Beppo de Massini the Société Anonyme Air Bleu was founded in Paris on May 23, 1935 with a stock capital of 5 million French Francs. He became the manager director of the company and found Didier Daurat prepared to accept the function of Director of Exploitation. The reason for use of the company name Société Air Bleu was that airmail letters were on blue paper, popularly called les petits bleus (the small blue ones). The company operated with success several airmail services operated with an extensive fleet of Caudron C. 630 Simoun. After the reconstruction 1937 the company also operated some Caudron C. 444 and C. 445M. In September 1940 the fleet was transferred to Air France SA and the company dissolved. Good Condition.
