HESWALL JAZZ CLUB - collection of memorabilia to include poster (17"x11") for Tuesday Night Beat Sessions (some creasing with small tears to top edge), small poster (10"x7.5") for Aug/Sept 1962 featuring such acts as The Merseybeats, The Statesmen and Gerry & The Pacemakers together with a ticket for 25th August 1962. Flyer (8"x6.5") for Friday 27th November with The Bumblies and The Chain Gang. All items are in very good condition unless otherwise stated.
BEATLES SHEET MUSIC- large collection of original Beatles sheet music (mostly produced by 'Northern Songs Ltd') from the 1960's to include 25 x individual (1962-68) such as Mister Moonlight (1962), Eight Days a Week, Ticket to Ride, The Fool On the Hill, She's Leaving Home, Your Mother Should Know, I Am The Walrus, She's A Woman, Things We Said Today, I'll Follow The Sun, I Should Have Known Better, All My Loving, Magical Mystery Tour, Eleanor Rigby, Hey Jude and more. Eight song albums to include Help, Beatles '66, 66 and a half, '67, The 2nd and 4th (x2) Beatles Souvenir Song Albums and 'The Third Book of 50 Hit Songs' (1970). All are in very good condition.
PUNK/NEW WAVE - collection of 5 x various tour programmes to include Stiff Little Fingers UK Tour 1981, Blondie concert at The Free trade hall Manchester 14th Sept 1978 with ticket, The Damned 'Phantasmagoria' Tour 1985, The Stranglers 'Aural Sculpture' Tour 1985 and Public Image Ltd 'Pil' Book 1986. All items are in very good condition.
SIGNED ALBUMS/SLEEVES - to include Spencer Davis LP's x 2 (signed by Spencer and Pete York), Selecter LP and 2 tickets (ticket signed by Pauline Blackie), 3 x Heads Hands & Feet / Albert Lee LPs (one signed by Albert Lee and a technical rider for Albert Lee gig), 2 x Tony Joe White LPs (one signed by Tony and 1 other) and a Parliament ticket from the 70's.
ROCK & ROLL AUTOGRAPHS - to include BB King signed "Soul of B.B. King" LP (signed on reverse in black ink), Etta James LP with autographed piece of paper attached plus items relating to The Comets to include hand written set list signed on reverse by 5 (including Franny Beecher, Johnny Grande, Dick Richards, Joey Ambrose and 1 other), a Rock Around The Clock piece of sheet music and a ticket signed by Charlie Gracie plus a Fabulous Parlophone 7" single by Charlie Gracie.
BEATLES - fan club items, fan club poster and 6 pieces of Beatles & related sheet music (Help, Ticket To Ride, Mean Mr Mustard, Sexy Sadie, A Little Loving and World Without Love). Fan club items include newsletters/magazines x 4, postcard with facsimile signatures , 4 x chronological history booklets and five other fan club letters/documents.
PAUL MCCARTNEY - assorted memorabilia relating to Paul, Wings and The Beatles from his housekeeper of 30 years, Rose Martin. To include ticket to 1986 Royal Variety Performance, photograph gifted to all members of Wings road crew following performance at Madison Square Garden (printed note written by Paul at bottom), postcards from flying Concorde with Paul & family, a business card for the President of The Carlyle Hotel where they stayed, WIngs fan club newspapers, a signed photo of Paul (printed) and 2 Beatles collection Zippo lighters given by Paul to Rose. In Paul McCartney's words "Rose was my housekeeper since the early Sixties and for many years looked after us and our children. She was a very classy lady with a mischievous sense of humour. She was fiercely loyal and our family and many friends will miss her dearly."
