Austria v. England 1952, a programme Wiener Kurier Festschrift issue (slight rusty staples), together with a match ticket. Both dated 25th May 1952. An army pay book containing autographs of Stan Pearson, Bert Williams, Gil Merrick, Walter Winterbottom, Ron Allen and Jackie Sewell. Two press cuttings from the game which England won 3-2, Nat Lofthouse named. 'The Lion of Vienna' following his efforts in this game.
NOTTINGHAM FOREST 1978-79 Two items, one rather unusual, a National Westminster Bank Bank Giro Credits Summary dated 8/12/78 showing 13 credits to be made to various Nottingham Forest players including Barrett, Birtles, Bowyer, O'Neill, Robertson , Mills and others, folded but in generally good condition . Also included is a 1979 Football League Cup Final ticket with the counterfoil still attached (fold). Generally good
WOLVES V SHAMROCK ROVERS IN USA 1967 Ticket for the United Soccer Association league match between Los Angeles Wolves (Wolverhampton Wanderers of England and Boston Rovers (Shamrock Rovers of the Republic of Ireland) on 25th June 1967. This league in North America was in its inaugural and only season and featured franchise teams entirely imported from professional European and South American leagues. Ticket has been punched on validation and has a discounted entry price written on. Generally good
1959 EUROPEAN CUP FINAL Real Madrid v Stade de Reims played 3 June 1959 at the Neckarstadion, Stuttgart. Scarce Official UEFA & German FA (Deutscher Fussball-Bund) VIP Invitation ticket published on a 4-Page card in French, English, German and Spanish languages. Includes printed match details with date, teams, stadium details and kick off time (18,00 hrs) and states ''We have the honour of presenting this invitation on behalf of U.E.F.A'' The invitee's name has been left blank so it is probable this invitation ticket was unused. Good
RUGBY-TWICKENHAM 1959 Programme, booklet and ticket relating to the Twickenham 50th Anniversary Jubilee, 1909-1959. Programme and ticket relate to Harlequins v Richmond , 26/12/59 at Twickenham , the match being the Twickenham Jubilee Match. This was a repeat of the first match to be played at Twickenham in 1909 when Harlequins defeated Richmond 14-10 on October 2nd 1909. The eight page booklet celebrates the Twickenham Jubilee match played between an England/Wales XV and a Scotland/Ireland XV which took place on 17th October 1959. Generally good

WORLD CUP 1966 Collection of 31 match tickets from the 1966 World Cup, one group ticket is missing, 13/7/66 at Sunderland (Italy v Chile) but all the other tickets are present. Majority are in good condition, a couple have creases, slight folds or some ageing , the Final ticket, a South Stand seat is in good condition, the Quarter Final at Roker Parkhas a small tear and some ageing to reverse and one other at Roker is a little creased. Generally good

A collection of ephemera relating to the installation of floodlights at Hillsborough and the first match under the lights. The items include 2 huge original photographs, one of the match (45x37 inches) and one of the ground (28x22 inches), 5 copy letters re installation, GEC lighting schedule, Quotation from Bownes & Co, 2 sets of architect drawings, one set of traceable architects plans, 5 original press photos of the floodlights (8x6 inches) and various dignatories on opening day, advertising flyer for the opening matches England B v Germany B March 23rd 1955 and Sheffield X1 v International X1, an official invitation and Directors' Box ticket and match programme for the Sheffield X1 match signed by Derek Dooley. Generally good.
1959 CUP FINAL Official programme, ticket and a telegram to Alan Brown (Luton) from a Blackpool address wishing Luton good luck. Programme has been signed by referee Clough and Readle the linesman and is in good condition, seat ticket has a crease but is in generally good condition and the telegram is in good condition..
