BOXING - CASSIUS CLAY 1959 Very scarce boxing ticket for the 32nd Annual Golden Gloves Finals at the Chicago Stadium, 11/3/1959. Ringside seat, Aisle 2 , section G, Row P Seat 17. Cassius Clay , then a young boxer, defeated Jeff Davies to win the Light-Heavyweight title at this prestigious event. Cassius , of course, went on to win the title at the 1960 Olympics but few would have known what lay in store for the young man at this event and tickets for the Finals in Chicago are very scarce. Piece torn off on entry to right edge. Generally good

Tickets are for various sections of the ground. Semi-Final has slight folds, remainder are good. Generally good-good

All 3 England group games plus the game at White City are included. Final ticket is for East Standing Enclosure and is in good condition as are the others although ticket dated 16/7/66, England v Mexico has a scuff to top left hand corner. Generally good-good

BOSTON UTD Collection of 16 Boston United home and away programmes, 60s and early 70s, eight home programmes including FA Cup v Portsmouth 15/1/72 (with ticket) and v Lincoln 22/11/75 plus a friendly v Stanley Matthews Port Vale XI with Matthews playing for Port Vale, Lincs Senior Cup v Grantham 63/4 plus Midland League v Ilkeston 62/3. Eight Boston away programmes including 67/8 Cup at Bedford, 63/4 at Spalding, two Reserves games at Grantham. Some minor defects. Also included is a Boston United rosette from their 55/6 Cup run which included a 6-1 away victory at Derby County before a 4-0 defeat at Tottenham. Fair-generally good
