A Regency mahogany wheel barometer by Matthew Woller of Birmingham, of large form, the swans neck pediment above a hygrometer, thermometer, mirror and 13 inch silvered dial inscribed "Matt W. Woller, Birmingham" and with spirit level beneath, the case being boxwood strung. NOTE - see Edwin Banfield Barometer Makers & Retailer 1760-1900 page 237 for biography. Height 47 ins.
An early French aviation militaire altimeter by Jules Richard, Paris, the black face graduated in Arabic numerals to 5,000 metres, with additional 5,500 and 6,000 marks, subsidiary outer barometer graduations to 1/3 of face circumference, contained in its leather outer case with `D` rings for suspension on aircraft or balloon.
An early 20th Century walnut diminutive longcase clock, the circular dial with Arabic numerals, the case with floral decoration, a circular wall barometer with silvered dial and visible mechanism, a silvered sunburst wall clock, and a brass cased carriage timepiece, the square dial with Arabic numerals (faults), with keys and pendulum.
