Trevitt & Sons, Chester 1903, dial dia. 6.5cm, frame dimensions 11.5 x 14cm. Silver generally clean and well looked after,Some small areas of tarnishing to relief areas of border and extremities.Silver polish residue in places.Hallmarks well struck.

An oversized Regency mahogany and boxwood strung barometer, with silvered hygrometer, thermometer, dial and level, the dial inscribed for "Matt W Woller, Birmingham", dial 30 cm, 117 cm overall. NOTE - Edwin Banfield, Barometer Makers & Retailers 1760-1900, records Woller as working from 51 Edgbaston Street, Birmingham, 1801-28 (see illustration).
A 19TH CENTURY FLEMISH OAK AND WALNUT STAINED STICK BAROMETER, the arched top with two ball finials on barley twist columns and pierced fretwork panel, silvered dial, height approximately 122cm Mercury is visible in the tube from the top to where it disappears behind the wooden cover, the silvered dial is very patchy, there is something missing something on the fretwork between the arched cover and the main section of the barometer, there are splits and chips in the woodwork and holes either side of the glass column, the damage is visible in the first four online photographs
