An early 20th century figured walnut cased bracket clock by Elliott London, No. 19278 and retailed by Dimmer Southsea, the dial with silvered chapter ring to the three train movement striking with Westminster or Whittington chimes. 35 cm high. CONDITION REPORT: The movement winds on the centre and right hand facing trains. The left hand train is fully wound. The clock is ticking away. It appears to strike correctly when advanced. The face is in generally good condition with minor rubbing to the silvering on the dial. The case itself is in very good order with no issues. We do not have the winding key. The clock retains purchase label from The Barometer Shop with retail price of £2250.

An early 20th century oak aneroid barometer with mercury thermometer. Height 48 cm, width 19 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The wooden case is in generally good condition with no issues. The thermometer operates. There are no cracks to the thermometer dial. The brass surround to the barometer dial is discoloured and a little rusty. We are not sure if the barometer mechanism operates or not, it is currently showing stormy. (Typists note - last night after this was dictated, we did have very windy and rainy weather! This may be a coincidence)
