A late 19th century Compensated aneroid barometer by J.H. Steward London, the lacquered brass case with silvered dial and black markers with '475 West Strand, 406 Strand, 54 Cornhill LONDON' addresses, numbered '3107'', with fitted leather covered case, 5cm diameter.Condition: Overall very good to excellent condition, noting wear to lacquer on suspension ring and knob and some wear to knurled swivelling ring and some oxidisation to silvered dial. Passes 'bag test' so appears to be working, although accuracy is not guaranteed.
