A Victorian oak cased Admiral Fitzroy Royal Polytechnic barometer, the circular dial with vernier scale, and inscribed ‘Joseph David & Co., Sole Manufacturers Fitzroy Works, Kennington Park Rd. London’, above special remarks panel, and pair of mercury thermometers, 107.5cm high, 31cm wide.

An early Victorian rosewood stick barometer with ivory scale signed Casella & Co, Hatton Garden, London, 93cm CITES Submission reference AC4SZBWS Case a little faded at the base, glass held in place by cellotape which has been stuck over the top of the case, scale a little dirty but otherwise good, one bone knob to the left bent out of shape, another knob missing, dirty on the thermometer scale.PLEASE NOTE:- Prospective buyers are strongly advised to examine personally any goods in which they are interested BEFORE the auction takes place.
