A Victorian oak aneroid wheel barometer With a 20cm silvered register above a thermometer the shaped case with a leaf carved cresting above scrolls with a leafy undercut base. 93cms. CONDITION REPORT: Case - good condition, good colour, silvered dial some very minor discolouration, adjustable pointer loose, brass case bezel oxidized and discoloured, it appears to be working, thermometer mercy, some minor discolouration by faharenheit and centigrade.

CONDITION REPORT: Lot 2055: the clock with a key wind movement, white dial possibly replaced, fine hairline scratch to glass, thermometer dial ceramic some crazing, barometer dial good condition, oak case good condition.

A Fortin precision barometer Signed Griffin & George Ltd with a thermometer and mercury register with gnarled adjusting screw, set for standard conditions, 105cms, supported by rectangular panel contained within a glazed cabinet with a hinged door, the cabinet 128x19x14cms. CONDITION REPORT: The outer case in good condition, glazed panels not broken, hinges tight the Fortin some oxidization to the ring handle and the white metal top and support beneath the inscription Griffin & George Ltd, some oxidization and scratching generally to the black outer cased paint, minor mercury infill with key to cabinet.
