Offered in this lot is a very striking Navajo native american, sterling silver ring with detailed Inlay of the night sky. The ring has a large face measuring 2 1/2" long and 1" wide. The face is on a wide split band. The center part of the face is bordered by a silver frame of sunbursts and then twisted silver rope. The stone work is set-up on a frame setting. The center of the face has a diamond shape opal stone that gives the impression of the milkyway. The opal is framed by bands of Onyx and turquoise, Surrounding the opal diamond is black onyx with silver drops like stars. On both ends of the night sky are a band of opal and a band of Jasper. Each end of the ring is a piece of Spiny Oyster. The back of the ring is marked sterling and AL. AL is believed to be the hallmark of Augustine Largo a Navajo silversmith who works with a wide array of stones to create beautiful unique piece that a sought after by the Western Style and Native American community alike.
For your consideration is a sterling silver and large opal necklace. This necklace and pendant shows a contemporary craftsmanship made from sterling silver, marked .925. The pendant shows a hammered cabochon setting composed with a large multi color opal gemstone. The gemstone is polished, and shows nautical color shades of blue, sand, aqua. The necklace is a sterling bead chain leading up to a latch marked .925 indicating it's sterling quality, and "Italy". The necklace measures 13" in length, and the 1 1/2" x 1/2".
For your consideration is this Navajo sterling silver opal and sleeping beauty turquoise dangle earring collection. There are three sets of earrings with great iconic Navajo design on showing four opal stones; the second showing a tear drop dangle design with a single turquoise stones on the tear drops; and the last a silver net design with tiny cylindrical turquoise beads. The condition of these earring are good with a darker patina adorning one of the pairs and in good display condition. The measurements of these earrings range from 2 1/4" x 1" to 1 3/4" x 1/4".
