Lot 15
18ct gold opal triplet and diamond pendant, with a central oval opal triplet and outer diamond set leaf design on a 9ct gold belcher link chain. Estimated total diamond weight-0.32cts. Length-46cms/18 inches. The pendant is in generally good condition. There are minor scratches to the gold pendant, wear and tear. All of the diamonds appear nice and bright. The is in an interior crack to the opal panel. The chain is in generally good condition and the clasp is functioning.
Lot 20
Early twentieth century opal and diamond bangle with eight graduated oval opal cabochons inter spaced by old European diamonds, approximate total diamond weight 1.31ct. The bangle is in a generally good condition however there are some chips to a couple if the opals and fractures to some of the diamonds-these are more visible when viewed with a loupe, there is some slight abrasion to the other opals, the diamonds are bright and lively. There is some slight tarnishing to the gold and a few minor scratches and dents from general wear and tear.
Lot 115
Single row graduated cultured pearl necklet of 42cms with an opal and diamond clasp. Pearls from 4mm-8.5mm. The necklet is in a poor condition, the cultured pearls are very blemished and blistered, the nacre has worn to a couple of the beads, one in particular next to the clasp, the diamonds in the clasp are included and also chipped, there are two slight chips to the opal at the outer edges and the metal is tarnished.

Seven rings, to include a 9ct gold rectangular smokey quartz ring, a 14ct gold opal ring, a 9ct gold oval amethyst ring, a 9ct gold turquoise cabochon ring (possibly reconstituted) and three other gem and paste set rings. Total weight-30.92 grams. The rings are in good/fair condition. There are general scratches to all of the gold work, wear and tear. Some of the gemstones are quite severely abraded and would need attention. There is tarnishing and discolouration to some of the gold.
Lot 129
Five items, to include a owl design bar brooch with emerald set eyes, a Victorian target style brooch, a freshwater pearl set double bird design brooch, an opal and garnet set ornate design circular pendant on a fancy link chain and two pendants. All of the items are in fair condition. The victorian brooch is quite damaged with dents and serious sections of tarnishing. There are scratches and tarnishing to the owl bar brooch. There is tarnishing to the bird brooch, the metal is not stamped. Both of the small pendants are quite seriously tarnished with dents. Again there are scratches to the pendant, tarnishing, there are some dents to the detail. The chain is in good condition, the gold links look a little tarnished.

14k gold opal and diamond pendant, with curved gold work leading down to a floral design cluster of pear shape cabochon opals and round brilliant diamond stem on an 18ct gold fine box link chain. Length of pendant-4.5cms. Length of chain-51cms/20 inches. The pendant is in generally good condition. There are minor scratches to the gold, wear and tear. There are some scratches to the opals and the diamonds are quite bright. The opals have a good play of colour, displaying blues/greens and pinks. The chain and clasp are in good condition.
Lot 169
Four rings, to include a Victorian 9ct rose gold five stone coral ring (hallmarked Birmingham 1884), a five stone cultured pearl ring, a 9ct gold oval synthetic opal triplet ring with curved design outer detail also a sapphire and split pearl ring. All of the rings are in good/fair condition. The hallmark to the Victorian ring is nice and clear however the makers mark is a little worn. The coral all has an uneven colour disribution, the claws appear secure, there are general scratches to all of the ring shank. There are just minor scratches to the cultured pearl ring. The ring shank to the opal triplet is bent out of shape and there is some tarnishing to the outer rim. There are general scratches to the sapphire and split pearl ring, the sapphires are quite seriously abraded and some are chipped.
Lot 236
18ct gold three stone fire opal and diamond ring, with a central oval fire opal bordered to each side by round brilliant diamonds. Estimated total diamond weight-0.14cts, clarity-SI1/P1, Colour-H/I. The ring is in generally new condition. The central fire opal is a nice deep colour and the outer diamonds are nice and bright. Ring Size UK-M1/2, US-6.5.
Lot 239
Nine brooches, to include a moonstone set crescent design brooch (AF), a 9ct gold opal set bar brooch, a 15ct gold amethyst and seed pearl set floral design bar brooch, an early 20th century split pearl set crescent and floral design brooch and five other brooches of various design. The lot is in a fair/poor condition, the centre moonstone is missing from the crescent brooch, the turquoise and garnet brooch is missing a piece and the pin and hook, a couple of the brooches are very tarnished, the seed pearl and red stone floral brooch and its pin are bent, there is abrasion to the amethyst, all the items have minor scratches and dents from general wear and tear.

A small quantity of items, to include a 14ct gold rectangular opal set pendant, a single citrine set dropper pendant, a single old European cut diamond and synthetic sapphire set dropper earring, a 9ct gold emerald and diamond cluster pendant, a pair of opal set stud earrings and three other items (many items AF). The lot is in a reasonable/fair condition, the opal in the pendant is very cracked, there is noticeable abrasion to the synthetic sapphire, there is some tarnishing to al the items at varying degrees and all have minor scratches and dents from general wear and tear.

A small quantity of items, to include a half sovereign set pendant, a pair of 18ct gold oval cufflinks, an opal emerald and paste cluster pendant, a 9ct gold box link chain, a pair of 9ct gold shell cameo set stud earrings and seven other items. Total weight-53 grams. The lot is in a fair condition, the one cufflink missing an oval part, to the cluster pendant there is abrasion to the emeralds and the inclusions are visible, the opal has poor play of colour, there is minor scratches and dents to all the items form general wear and tear making the gold look dull.

Multi gemstone butterfly brooch, with an opal and graduated ruby body, emeralds and rose cut diamonds to the wings with rubies and sapphires to the tips. Dimensions 5.3cm x 4.1cm. (Two stones deficient). The brooch is in a reasonable condition, there is a ruby missing from the body and an emerald missing from the wing, the opal has poor play of colour, there is some abrasion to some of each stone and a few minor scratches and dents from general wear and tear.

Seven items of jewellery, to include a 1930's 9ct gold manual wind watch head (hallmarked Chester 1930), a 9ct gold opal and red stone cluster ring (AF), a 9ct gold cross pendant, a 9ct gold ladies watch head on an expanding bracelet, a pair of twist design dropper earrings and a gold design pendant with matching earrings. All of the items are in good/fair condition. There are minor scratches to all of the gold, wear and tear. Both of the watch heads appear worn and both of the dials are tarnished and damaged. Neither of the watches are in working condition, there are some gemstones missing from the cluster ring and many of the gemstones are damaged, for example the opal is chipped. Some of the items may need attention.
