One diamond is missing, but the others all appear original. No signs of damage or repair to the mount.Bar Brooch: possibly later adapted from the centre of a Victorian bangle. Fine quality French Art Nouveau silver gilt and gem-set box of circular form, the hinged lid decorated in relief depicting a young maiden, the foliage with coloured pine cones with diamond accents, enamel sunburst through woodland trees, the sides similarly decorated and applied with opal and ruby cabochons, in original fitted box retailed by Lhote Paris. Box measures approximately 60mm diameter.Condition report: Very good original condition with very little wear. The ruby cabochon on the hinge is cracked and one of the opals beside it is chipped. Unmarked. Weight 59.3grams
