A Child & Child pendant with hand engraved ground of swirling leaves enamelled in green, set with three red gemstones with a pendant drop of boulder opal the whole mounted to the reverse with a paua shell plaque which glitters through the pierced leaf shapes. In the original box, printed in gold to the inside of the lid Child & Child 35 Alfred Place West, Queens Gate. This piece was produced between 1891 - 1899.
