Unusual late Victorian opal, diamond and ruby pendant with four interwoven snakes set with rose cut diamonds and rubies, and four cabochon opals, in silver and gold setting on a gold chain with barrel clasp. Pendant 31mm.Good condition commensurate with age. The smallest opal at the top has a small chip or natural inclusion on the edge. Total gross weight approximately approximately 6.1 grams.
