An Arts and Crafts black opal doublet brooch, c.1930, attributed to Bernard Instone. Graduated oval open form, composed of three rows of blade edge bar, with a cluster of leaves, tendrils and five graduated black opal doublets to the lower half CONDITION REPORT: Slight tarnish to the leaves. Light surface scratches to the opal doublets, with nibbles to the girdles of the lower two. Slight curve to the pin.
An opal ring and crescent moon brooch the Edwardian 18ct ring with four opals set out in a flower shape with a diamond chip to the centre, the shoulders moulded with floral scrolls, approximate size M1/2, together with an Edwardian yellow metal crescent moon brooch set with fifteen oval opals approximately 4.3mm to 1.8mm with diamond chips set between.
