PAIR AND PLAQUE TO ORDINARY SEAMAN BEACH Pair correctly impressed = J.40593 G Beach Ord RN Plaque = George Beach Condition = EF George Beach was born in Somerset. He was sadly killed in action when his ship HMS Opal, ran aground into rocks on 12th January 1918. The incident occurred of the Scottish coast and there was only one survivor.
