Wishbone ok, pin not gold. Fly missing pearl or bead body, opal has a chip, no hallmark. chain all good.

An opal and diamond cluster pendant, the central polished opal cabochon (measuring 14.5mm x 10.1mm x 3.8mm), with a surround of twenty round old cut diamonds, claw set to a gold coloured mount, 20mm x 15mm, suspended on a 9ct gold curb link chain with lobster claw and loop fastening, 42.5cm long, gross weight 6.2gmsCR; Please note that the central opal has not be laboratory tested for synthetic or natural origin. There is a small chip to the reverse, and a surface reaching crack around 3/4mm long on the reverse of the stone. Claws show some wear, one is broken, but the central opal is secure. All diamonds are present - some have small nibbles and chips to the facet edges visible under 10x. Some wear to the settings, but no splitting, major damage or repair. There does appear to be a fitting to the reverse, suggesting this is a transitional piece (see additional pictures). The metal of this pendant is unmarked and untested. Some links to the chain show signs of possible repair. The claw is in working order.

A few of the opals have small chips, detectable under 10x. Scratching and wear present to all stones. All diamonds are present. A couple of the diamonds have small chips, but the majority are in tact. All show general scratching and wear. There is moderate wear to the settings and claws, but all stones are currently secure. Bar appears in good order, no major damage or repair, pin in working order. Please note: the metal in the star and the pin are not marked, and have not been laboratory tested.

Opal, diamond and enamel cocktail ring with a large oval cabochon opal measuring approximately 19mm x 14mm in pierced gold foliate setting with single cut diamonds and black enamel decoration. Finger size approximately N-O.Condition report: Good condition commensurate with age and wear. The opal is in good condition and has no obvious signs of any damage, scratches or cracks/chips, only very light surface wear. The enamel is in good condition, one small round disc is chipped. Not hallmarked but probably 9ct or 14ct gold. Gross weight approximately 13.3 grams.
Victorian style opal and diamond ring with three cabochon opals and six old cut diamonds in carved gold setting. Ring size L½.Condition report: The opal snare lively stones displaying green, pink and blue tones. One of the smaller opals has a chip. The other two opals are in good condition commensurate with age. The centre opal measures approximately 5.4mm x 4.6mm. The shank has been re-sized and has therefore lost the hallmarks and is now slightly oval in profile. The ring probably dates from the late Victorian period. Gross weight approximately 4.2 grams.
