A 9ct gold dress ring set with a cluster of opal and rubies, an enamel and marcasite duck brooch, marcasite flower brooch and similar bracelet. Condition: Overall condition fair to good-ring has scratches to shank and opal is very worn, finger size O. Enamel worn around the eye of the duck and some tiny chips to body, a few marcasite missing from brooch and bracelet.

Condition: Overall condition fair to poor-all paste present in bracelet but clasp faulty. Silver pieces scratched and tarnished. Box has some small marks but no bad chips, fwp pearl necklet fine.

An 18ct gold opal and diamond ring, the central oval cabochon opal is in a four claw setting flanked by three brilliant cut diamonds in a triangular shape formation. Estimated total diamond weight 0.18cts. Length of opal 1.6cms, width 0.8cms. Condition: The ring is in overall good condition. There are slight scratches to the ring in keeping with slight wear. The opal is quite grey in colour displaying yellows, pinks and lilac, there are sections of the opal where there is no play of colour. Ring size O.

Both opals have a good play of colour displaying pinks, oranges, and greens. The central diamond appears a little dull due to the closed collet setting. The chain is in good condition and the clasp is secure.

Four rings, to include two 9ct gold opal and diamond cluster rings, a synthetic blue spinel ring, the spinel cut in the shape of a flower and a 9ct gold oval amethyst set ring. Total weight 12.72gms. AF. Condition: The rings are in overall fair condition. The spinel in the flower design ring are heavily abraded and the back of the ring shank is bent of straight. There is a sapphire missing from the opal and sapphire cluster ring. There is a surface reaching fracture to the oval amethyst in the single stone ring.
A natural black opal and diamond cluster ring, the central oval opal cabochon surrounded by sixteen round brilliant cut diamonds. Estimated total diamond weight 1.88cts, colour- G- H/I, clarity VS. Opal measures 15.31 x 11.58 x 4.35mm. Accompanied by a report from GRS, stating the stone is a natural black opal, with the country of origin being Australia. Report no. GRS2008-080438T, dated 4th September 2008. Stamped 18K Condition: The ring is in good condition. A strong full play-of-colour can be seen throughout the opal, to include orange, red, yellow, green, blue, mauve and pink. . This has a large segmented distribution. The diamonds are bright, lively and well matched. There is one minor scratch to the shank. Ring size UK- O US- 7 1/2. Condition: Both rings are in overall good condition. Slight scratches to both. The opal has a fairly good play of colour displaying greens and pinks, there is an areas of the opal where the colour is weaker. Claws are secure to both rings.

The opal cluster ring has minor surface scratches and wear to the ring shank, the ring would benefit from a clean, the millegrain setting is slightly rubbed in places, there is some dirt in the setting around the opal, the opal shows a good play of colour showing greens, blues, purples and oranges, there is some grazing to the stone. Ring size K. The buckle ring is slightly misshapen into an oval shape, the diamonds are bright and lively, there is a join line becoming visible to the back of the ring shank. Hallmarks are clear and legible. Ring size K 1/2.

Condition: The pendant is in overall good condition. The central opal has a good play of colour displaying predominantly blues and greens. The outer split pearls are fairly well matched with a bright lustre. There are slight scratches to the back of the pendant, the suspender has possibly been replaced.

Hallmarks for Birmingham 1904. AF. Weight 5gms. Condition: The overall condition for both rings is fair to good, with wear commensurate to the age of the pieces. Both would benefit from a clean. Both have rubbed hallmarks which are part illegible. The settings on the ruby and diamond ring may need attention. The diamond has white inclusions and one ruby is noticeably lighter in colour than the other. Ring size L. Some of the diamonds in the opal ring are chipped and abraded. The opals show some crazing to the surface, they have a good play of colour showing greens, blues, pinks and purples. Ring size N.
