A 17-bore flintlock New Land Pattern service pistol to the 19th Light Dragoons, 9inch barrel, stepped and bolted lock engraved with a crown over GR and TOWER across the tail, full stocked, with various Ordnance stamps, regulation brass mounts, the trigger guard marked XIX LD D I, swivel ramrod. Of note, regarding the 19th Light Dragoons, they were led by Major General Arthur Wellesley (The Duke of Wellington) at the battle of Assaye and despite being out numbered were successful in earning the Battle Honour of the same name. The 19th Light Dragoons served in North America during the war of 1812 and then Canada participating in: The Capture of Fort George, Sacking of Black Rock and Buffalo, The Battles of Chippawa, Lundy's Lane, Fort Erie, Malcom's Mills and Plattsburgh. At the end of 1816 they became the 16th Lancers.
A percussion Yeomanry Cavalry Carbine, 20inch sighted barrel with various Ordnance stamps, border engraved lock stamped with a crown over TOWER and 1847, some pitting, full stocked with regulation brass and steel mounts, fitted with a saddle bar and ring to the left side, the butt plate tang stamped G71, swivel ramrod.
An obsolete calibre .577/450 Martini Henry Carbine, 20.6inch sighted barrel fitted with ramp and ladder rear sights, the action stamped ENFIELD 1883 and I.C.1 full stocked with regulation steel mounts with numerous Ordnance markings, further stamped D.P. and with Sold out of Service markings to various points, steel cleaning rod, leather sling.
A 1908 Pattern Cavalry Trooper's sword to the Royal Canadian Dragoons (?), 89cm clean blade by MOLE, stamped P08 on the back edge and with various Ordnance stamps and dates to include that for 1914, regulation steel bowl guard, patinated, bearing various Ordnance stamps and marked with a B over RCD, composition ergonomic grip, bearing the rack no. 31, contained in its steel scabbard also dated 1914. The Royal Canadian Dragoons served as part of the Canadian Expeditionary Force (CEF) and arrived in France in May 1915 to take part in the action at Festubert as part of Seely's Detachment. From 1916 onwards they formed part of the 1st Canadian Cavalry brigade and fought in France through to the end of the war.
An 1899 Pattern Cavalry Trooper's sword by Wilkinson with various Ordnance stamps and marked to the 2DG and the RHA, contained in its rust patinated steel scabbard retaining some khaki finish to one side, together with an 1853 Pattern Cavalry Trooper's sword struck with an arrow mark over I, scabbard lacking. A Victorian Rifle Officer's sword, 81cm clean blade by J. BEER HIGH ST. EXETER etched with scrolling foliage, strung bugle horn and crowned VR cypher, regulation steel Gothic hilt incorporating a crowned strung bugle horn, wire bound fishskin grip, contained in its steel scabbard, together with an 1822 Pattern NCO's sword etched with a maker's panel for Robert Mole, stamped with various Ordnance marks and various dated 1891 and 1895, wire bound fishskin grip, scabbard lacking. An early 20th Century etched Piper's dirk, 30.5cm blade by ROBT MOLE & SONS, Manufacturers Birmingham, etched with panels of scrolling thistles, various Ordnance stamps and dated 9 04, pitted, regulation wooden hilt carved with basket weave and set with white metal studs, the pommel with raised King's crown, contained in its white metal mounted leather scabbard, complete with bullion and leather suspension strap.

A 19TH CENTURY BRITISH SWORD the 66.5cm slightly curved blade marked at the forte 'B O' [Board of Ordnance] below an arrow head, to one side, and '2' below a crown, to the other, the back edge indistinctly marked 'Bale..?', with a cast brass hilt, in a leather scabbard stamped '... Somerset 3', with brass mounts, overall 83.5cm long (knuckle guard broken).
