Lot 1363
An Arthur W Simpson attributed of Kendal oak framed toilet mirror, with typical joints to the mirror frame and raised on upturned sledge feet, with wooden bowed ratchet and exposed mortise and tenon joints. Height 62 cm, width 47 cm. CONDITION REPORT: Both the mirror and frame are in generally very good condition. The only minor issue is to the top right hand corner of the mirror surround where the joint has slightly sprung, there is no movement here however there is a small gap. There is a similar but smaller gap on the opposing side. This is not really an issue. The colour of the oak is good and the supporting ladder type mechanism operates as it should. The mirror plate itself is in good order.
