To the right of the city, two men are standing and one of them is shooting an arrow. Before this, is a man advancing toward the wall holding a big reed screen for protection, and a man is falling from the city tower. To the left is a third tower, with a ladder leaning against it and a man ascending a ladder. A star and a crescent appear in the sky. Accompanied by a signed scholarly note by Professor Wilfrid George Lambert.Size: 46mm x 23mm; Weight: 32g.Provenance: Property of a London gallery; formerly with a Mayfair Art dealer S.A.; Ex. 1990s London collections, studied and catalogued by professor Lambert in the early 90s (with original note, signed by him).
