A 19th Century Continental Trapdoor Rifle, the 77cm round barrel with hinged ladder rear sight, the top of the receiver stamped with crowned AR monogram over O and numbered 3914, the lock plate stamped with further monogram and dated 1867, the walnut full stock with two barrel bands, two sling swivels, the right side of the butt with indistinct roundel and stamped No. 3914, with steel cleaning rod, 123cm. Metalwork with rust pitting. Stock with numerous woodworm holes. Cocks and fires, but very stiffly.

A Victorian 1853 Pattern Tower Three Band Percussion Rifle, .577 calibre, the 99cm steel barrel with hinged ladder rear sight, stamped with various inspectors marks and Sold Out of Service arrows, the lock plate faintly marked with a crowned VR, 1857/TOWER, the walnut full stock with spring clips to the steel barrel bands, brass fore-end tip, trigger guard and butt plate, with steel sling swivels and ramrod, the right side of the butt with PIMLICO roundel enclosing Sold Out of Service arrows, the left side stamped THOMAS,140cm, together with a socket bayonet in a leather scabbard. Strong action works, holds at full and half cock. Rust pitting to the steel work and bruising to stock.

Action works. Deep pitting to sides of barrel running along the stock. Some refinishing to the stock.

Glass has some scratches and marks when viewed under a 4x loupe. Case shows light scratches and marks. Crown has light scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe. Bracelet has light scratches and some signs of light stretching to links. Clasp is currently functioning and appears to be in good condition. A mahogany Hepplewhite style revolving desk chair, ladder back with leather seat and raised on four legs terminating in Shepherds castors. Height to top of back 97 cm, width across arms 65 cm. CONDITION REPORT: Whilst the chair is structurally sound and operates as it should it is quite tired and requires a good clean. There are no loose joints. The leather seat has no holes but is beginning to perish and is very dry. The studs are rusty. The metal supports beneath also have surface rust. The seat does rise and fall as it should. There do not appear to be any repairs.
