A pair of Imari Vases, late 19th century, each of conical form with wide flared neck, painted in underglaze blue, iron-red and gilding with panels of flowers on a ground of flowering prunus, 36cm (2) CONDITION REPORT: Gilding to each outer rim depleated. Gilding around the blue frames completely depleated. One slightly taller than the other. 36.5cm x 35.5cm.

Small Canton tea pot, knop glued, gilding rubbed to knop and tea pot spout. Gilding from rim rubbed. 3 chips to rim. 3cm crack. 1cm crack. 5cm crack through armorial. All items damaged, chips, cracks.

Larger Imari pattern dish, some surface scratches and gilt rubbing, otherwise no obvious faults. Blue and white dish, very large crack running approximately horizontally 70% of border.

An unusual rose-Imari Punchbowl, finely enamelled with peony flowers and rockwork, one chrysanthemum and other details in red and gold, restored, 35cm This bowl was produced at the very beginning of the use of pink and white enamels, introduced by the Jesuits to China in 1720. At this date, it is not uncommon to find a mixture of Imari and famille rose. CONDITION REPORT: 45% of the exterior and interior body with signs of restoration overspraying. 10cm 'Y' shaped crack to base.

Batavian saucers, no obvious faults.
