A GOOD QUALITY VERY LARGE 19TH CENTURY JAPANESE MEIJI PERIOD IMARI PORCELAIN VASE & COVER, the sides of the fluted ovoid body painted with variously shaped figural, shi-shi and dragon panels, the panels reserved on a ground of vertical alternating slender patterns, the domed cover well moulded with a large shi-shi finial, approx. 16.25in wide at widest point & 31.5in high overall.

Mason Ironstone dessert service to include seven plates, eight dishes and a tall footed comport, painted with bold imari patterns, impressed marks to the plates, mid 19th century (16) Condition report: The tall comport has a rim chip. One rectangular dish has a star crack, the other rectangular dish and a shell dish are stapled back together. Another shell dish has a hairline.
