A pair of 19th century Imari porcelain lidded vases, decorated in typical Imari colours with chrysanthemum and each raised on a wooden base. Height excluding base 30 cm, diameter +/- 16 cm. CONDITION REPORT: Both vases are in generally very good condition. There is no damage, no repairs and no restoration to either the lids or bodies. There is some minor rubbing to the gilding on the top of each knop. The colours are consistent and not faded. There are no chips and no hairline cracks.
