A 19th century Derby/Davenport Imari extensive dinner service to include a lidded tureen, two meat plates, bowl on stand, three stands, six serving dishes, 18 x 26cm plates, 9 x 22cm plates, 9 x 25cm bowls, 8 x 19cm plates, 2 x 22cm plates are chipped, large meat plate has a crack, 2 x 26cm are chipped and cracked, rest are generally good but some staining indicating small cracks and have some wear crazing consistent with age and use

Decor in the so-called "table pattern" with Indian flowers, borrowed from the Japanese Imari style, high, footed cup shape, sword marks with dots between the quillons, external inscription with black pen on the bottom of the saucer, slight signs of age, good condition.

A quantity of mainly 19th century English porcelain including Derby and Spode, including a lozenge shaped dessert dish painted with fruit, sauce tureens and teapot, together with an 18th century Sevres saucer (one shelf)Condition report: Lozenge dish - with repairs, wear and rubbing. Reticulated square dish - with restoration, crazing, rubbing and scratches. Four saucers - all with wear and surface scratches, one Derby example is repaired. Tea canister is lacking cover. Imari plte is completely broken and repaired poorly. Rose border plate with rubbing and scratches. Derby tureens and covers - stand one is heavily crazed, stand two is heavily crazed and with some discoloration. Tureen one - with crazing and paint scratches, the cover with repaired handle and restoration. Tureen two - fully restored cover and repaired foot. Spode dish - with heavy wear and rubbing. Matching dish in similar condition. Teapot - with repaired spout and handle, chips to the cover, repaired rim to the main body, paint scratches and rubbing. Matching sugar with staining, hairline cracks, rubbing and crazing. Jug with one or two firing flaws and some crazing, otherwise OK. Spode tureen - with staple repairs to cover, two very large hairline cracks to the main body, paint scratches, rubbing and a repaired foot.

A rare Chinese Imari export porcelain circular dish, Kangxi period, the centre painted and gilt with an unrolled hand scroll, filled with a prunus branch and bamboo around a single famille verte enamelled bird in flight, reserved against a ground of pencilled underglaze blue scrolling tendrils issuing gilt and iron red lotus flowerheads, unmarked, diameter 35.5cm (minor chips to underside of rim). Note: a similar smaller dish of the same pattern is illustrated by William R. Sargent in 'Treasures of Chinese Export Ceramics: from the Peabody Essex Museum', 2012, page 188, No. 87.
