An early 19th century Crown Derby posy vase, with painted cartouche of garden flowers, within a flow blue and gilt ground, painted red mark to base, c1806-1825, together with a similar larger vase with beaded borders, raised on a foot (unmarked), height 12.5cm, an Imari English pottery inkwell with brass mounts (painted base), a similar Bloor Derby Imari twin-handled potpourri pot and one other Continental pot (af) (5). CONDITION REPORT The Crown Derby posy vase has a large piece of damage to the top, obviously repaired and gilt is rubbed. The beaded vase is discoloured to the interior, the gilt is rubbed and the base has a firing crack and is yellowed. The inkwell has a large crack and the base has been painted at some point, the gilt is rubbed. The potpourri pot has extensive repairs to the handles, the knop has been repaired to the top, there is some over painting and gilt is rubbed. The Continental pot is missing its lid.
Various items of late 19th and early 20th century pottery to include a Nymphenburg centenary commemorative charger for 1880-1980 'Munchener Ruckversicherungs-Gesellschaft', decorated in the antique style, a Wedgwood bicentenary 1930 Josiah Wedgwood commemorative plate, a plate painted with exotic birds on a sponged ink border, Royal Copenhagen, Meissen and other onion pattern ceramics to include bowls, plates and candlesticks, etc, a Wedgwood green Majolica leaf pattern serving dish on shaped leaf pedestal and three Wedgwood green leaf pattern plates, two other similar leaf pattern plates and a large Barker Brothers Imari pattern wash bowl (18).
Tray of assorted items to include: unusual 19th Century Staffordshire blue and white meat plate decorated with an Oriental design of pagodas, bridge, sailing boat etc, two smaller willow pattern blue and white dishes, a white metal rimmed blue and white china bowl and a 19th Century breakfast cup and saucer with oriental design in Imari style colours.
