A GROUP OF TEA WARE, comprising a hand painted part tea set: a cake plate, a slop bowl, five teacups in two different sizes (two extensively repaired, another has very light crazing and sounds dull when tapped) and five saucers, painted with sprays of flowers, gilt bands and foliate gilt decoration inside and out, painted marks '5, 253' to bases, together with a German porcelain Imari pattern biscuit barrel with WMF lid, handle and mount, a strawberry set on a WMF plated stand and a covered sugar bowl on a WMF plated stand with WMF plated cover (15) (Condition Report: most pieces appear in good condition, obvious specific damage as stated, some gilding loss/wear on Imari style pieces, signs of light use)
A attractive Paragon English Imari patterned part tea set, decorated with flowers and gilt lining, together with other tea wares (a lot) Condition report The Herend service has 12 saucers and 10 cups. All seems in good order, I could find no breaks or losses and the painted bugs and birds all look good. The Paragon service of 4 cups and saucers is in excellent condition. Nice gilding and very attractive overall
A pair of Royal Crown Derby 'Old Imari' vases - of lobed, baluster form, 18.5 cm high; together with a group of other Old Imari pattern pieces comprising a small twin-handled loving cup (7.6 cm high), a pair of small (6.4 cm) flared vases and a table lighter. A collection of twelve 18th century Imari porcelain plates, each decorated with still life subjects, 21cm diameter, together with a collection of four 18th century Chinese porcelain blue and white plates, 19th century Imari and oriental porcelain (21)Overall condition is mixed. All are dirty with wear. Most have rim chips, some have plate hangers, which have cracked the rims. Two octagonal plates are cracked in half and repaired with pins. Several have hairlines through the centre. Removed from a house clearance in Suffolk.
