A ROYAL CROWN DERBY IMARI 3973 PATTERN DINNER SERVICE comprising fourteen 26cm diameter plates, ten 22.5cm diameter plates, eleven 18cm diameter plates, twelve bowls, ten saucers, four cups, four graduated platters, a soup tureen and stand, a sauce tureen, lid, ladle and stand, a sauce boat and stand, and three veg tureens (71) Condition Report:fourteen 26cm diameter plates - four cracked. ten 22.5cm diameter plates - two chipped to base. eleven 18cm diameter plates - one chipped to underside. twelve bowls - no chips or cracks. ten saucers - all good. four cups - two cracked. four graduated platters - no cracks. a soup tureen and stand -lid chipped to underside, tureen and stand crazed and discoloured. a sauce tureen, lid, ladle and stand - -lid cracked. sauce boat and stand - good . three veg tureens - one has broken handles. There is some crazing and surface scratches on all pieces, rubbing to gilt and to the decoration.
Group of pieces Chinese and Japanese to include four ginger jars, eight leaf celadon dishes, three polychrome plates and an Imari dish (16) Condition: Largest ginger jar is chipped. The lid of the same is also chipped. Green vase with chips and cracks. Imari plate is chipped and has some paint loss. All three polychrome plates have extensive damage and restoration. Leaf dishes with cracks and crazing.

Three export miniature tea bowls and saucers Chinese, early 19th Century painted in the Imari palette, and a Chinese blue and white shallow dish, 22cm Condition: Blue and white dish badly broken and glued back. One teabowl has a loss around the rim and a hairline crack. Another teabowl has nibbles around the rim. one of the saucers has nibbles around the edge and issues in the glaze. All are worn with scratches.
