A pair of Coalport porcelain plates, early 19th century, decorated in an Imari pattern, with gilt shaped rim, 21.5 cm diameter, along with a pearlware plate, 19th century, decorated with lilies, with a blue arcaded rim, titled 'Corn Flag' to the underside, 18cm diameter (3) (at fault) CONDITION REPORT:The Coalport plates show surface wear and surface scratching, including a 10cm long scratch to the back of one of the plates. Both also show firing pits and frits, some glazing faults, rubbing to the gilt highlights (extensive to the rim), and wear to the foot rim. Both ring clear when pinged. The Corn Flag plate shows fine surface crazing throughout and rings flat when pinged as a result. The piece also shows the odd firing pit and frit.
A pair of Royal Crown Derby Imari urns, pattern number 1128, each of ovoid form with high scroll handles, on fluted spreading foot with integral octagonal plinth, printed maker's marks for 1988 to base, each 42cm high, boxed (2) (at fault) Condition report:Both urns are 1st quality, one urn has a slight distortion to the foot resulting in a fractional wobble. The other has a flat foot, both show minor surface wear and rubbing to the gilt highlights. No other chips, cracks or signs of obvious damage or restoration.
