A Chinese 18th Century porcelain imari jar of rounded ovoid form, the heavily potted vessel depicting qilin and phoenix in flight, the underglazed blue enamels, picked out with iron-red and gilt, lacking cover, height 22cm. There is quite significant scratching to the surface and body with pitting and kiln dust pick-up. There is old glue residue to the rim to suggest the lid (which is no longer present) was previously stuck down.

An Imari saucer dish with fluted rim, central decoration of waves and shells, 24cm diameter, two Imari bowls and other ceramics (10) CONDITION REPORT: Scalloped dish has some small rim chips and little frits. Otherwise just general light surface wear. The small pale shallow dish has a chip inside foot rim. One of the three saucers has a hair crack across centre. Otherwise condition generally good.

One foot has been glued back neatly. The cover has been professionally restored to the rim. There looks to be a crack where the top of one handle joins the censer.
